In the field marked BARCODE NUMBER:

1.  THIS WEBSITE IS CLOSED FOR THE 2025 QUESTIONNAIRES MAILED IN 2024.  IF YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE, YOU MUST DO SO IN WRITING USING THE QUESTIONNAIRE MAILED TO YOU.

THE WEBSITE IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR SUMMONED JURORS AND JURORS UPDATING THEIR NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION.

2.  IF YOU RECEIVED A SUMMONS, you must enter your BADGE NUMBER.

On a Summons your personal identification number will be called a "Badge Number", a 6 or 7 digit number also located near the bar code.

In the field marked BIRTH DATE your date of birth must be entered in the format: MM/DD/YYYY.

In the field marked ZIP CODE you must enter only the 5 digit basic zip code.

Welcome to the Virginia Beach online juror response option. Please follow the directions below to begin:

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:

    A. Enter your personal identification number in the field marked "Barcode Number". 
1. Your personal identification number will be called "ID Number" on the Candidate Juror Questionnaire.  It is a 9 or 10 digit number located immediately above the bar code at the upper center of the document. 
2. On a Summons your personal identification number will be called a "Badge Number", a 6 or 7 digit number also located near the bar code.
    B. Enter your date of birth. (MM/DD/YYYY).
    C. Enter your 5 digit Zip Code.
    Click SIGN IN button one time only.

If you are unable to fill out the questionnaire on-line, please complete and submit the questionnaire by mail.
